I've been using these for about 2 weeks and I notice such a huge difference in my mood! I feel much more calm and happy. It also has helped easy my anxiety. I am a 45 year old female with PCOS which throws off my hormones. The drops are very lightly sweetened. I take about 10 drops a day. =) Will definitely order again! <3
