Chrome Diopside Necklace

One copper electroformed Chrome Diopside complete on a 24” gunmetal ball chain. Gunmetal patina pendant. Chrome diopside is colored by chromium, the same element that gives emerald its rich green color. This high quality stone is named after the Greek word for "double appearance" because of its crystal shape. Chrome diopside is a very compelling crystal because it is said to promote good service to the earth and those who live in it. Pendants measure approximately 0.5”-1.0”. Size, shape, and color may vary as no two stones are alike. *We apply liver of sulfur to form a black (gunmetal) patina on our copper. If a pendant is rubbing back and forth on skin it may start to lose its darkened appearance revealing the natural copper. Each piece is sealed with a metal sealant/protectant, however there currently isn’t a product on the market that lasts indefinitely.
