It portrays the sun and the moon in its daily magical ritual and rising and setting and that we need the darkness as well as the light to truly live life to the fullest. Life is constantly cycling and we are growing and changing every day, the one constant is that the sun and moon will always rise.

Even though phases will change in our lives we are constantly grounded by the sun and the moon. This tray is hand formed, hand carved and hand painted with liquid gold luster.

It undergoes three high firings to complete. This is a handmade piece that takes many stages and processes to create and the end result showcases the care and love that has gone into its production.
